    Add the SpermCD and the enemy sprite into a container. SpermCD will be created automatically for each enemy and they will be logically linked. In "Enemy on created" event you can re-position the countdown above the enemy and pin it to the enemy. You can make it invisible by default and show only when needed.

  • Use free version of Construct 3, it has a circle tool in Animation Editor.

  • Try changing the collision polygon on the spike sprite to a rectangle. Also, I suggest increasing deceleration value for enemies and changing your events like this:

    Note, that event 8 should come after the group "Wall detection". Otherwise the enemy will continue moving in the wrong direction this tick and may fall off the edge or get stuck somewhere.

  • No, that's not what I meant. Move the action "Turret add target" inside the event #8, right after the "Create new Turret" action.

  • Why did you open a new topic about this issue? We told you last time that your sine gets re-enabled by event #12 or some other event.

  • You don't have turret instances when your layout starts. That's why "Add target" doesn't work. Move this action to event #8

  • You need to paste both objects in the correct order - paste Sprite2, then paste Sprite.

    And also move the Drawing Canvas to another layer (background).

  • Sofa_King No, I think array is better in this case, because each item has multiple stats. With a dictionary you'll need to have separate keys like "SmallDagger_ATK", "SmallDagger_DEF", "SmallDagger_Price" etc. It will be difficult to work with this dictionary.

    Another good option is JSON or XML object. It can store the whole data structure and it's easy to access any item.

  • You need to upload the project to Dropbox, One Drive or similar service and post a download link.

  • Put your cat sprite at the beginning of that red line on your picture.

    Add this event:

    On start of layout: Cat set Vector X to 500
    

    The cat should fly forward and fall down on the ground.

  • Does the cat have Platform behavior? Just give it an initial kick Vector X. Use "Cat Set Vector X" on start of the layout, it will land on the ground by itself.
