Reloading images is on the todo list, I didn't think people would need it as much as everyone's saying! So I'll try get it done for the next build or two.

You can enable snap to grid for the layout in the ribbon. We're also going to extend this in future, but it should make it a lot easier to place objects aligned.

sqiddster - yes, sounds are downloaded on-demand and music is streamed, so both have a little latency. Sound effects are cached though so after the first once or twice they've played they should play instantly. People tend to have really huge sound effect files without looking at the filesize so I didn't want that to block the loading screen, especially if you've got your speakers turned off! So it loads them during the game, and you can start the ones you want loading immediately with the Preload action. That doesn't mean they're instantly available, they still have to download first.

What error exactly?

The server sending the AJAX request needs to send the

Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *

HTTP header to allow cross-domain AJAX requests. Could that be the problem?

Press Control + Shift + J in Chrome or Firefox or F12 in IE to see Javascript errors. For example your server sends the .appcache with the wrong MIME type, see offline support to fix that.

What's with the websocket thing? Is it a third party plugin or behavior? It's probably broken by the minifier - it's the developers fault for writing a broken plugin, you should ask them to fix it :P

Do you mean the Car behavior? I'm not sure I understand, it can drive backwards. Try the Car example in the examples folder.

Thanks for the suggestions! We're very busy, but we'll try get on top of these soon. Which windows don't allow changing the thumbnail sizes by the way?

Well, nothings stopping anyone giving AppMobi a go - you can probably drop in an exported Construct 2 project and try building that. Would love to hear anyone's feedback on it, but I don't think it will work for the majority of C2 users until they have a Build system comparable to PhoneGap.

If both the player and the target can move, the math is surprisingly complicated. It's probably easier to try to 'guide' the weapon with a 'rotate towards position' or similar.
