I made a set of 23 retro 8-bit voice blips for a project of mine. I later scraped the project. Now you can use them! There are 23 Small tones that can be looped fast to create a retro voice, much like in the video game UnderTail. Some are similar to others, so you can add variety in the voices, or have characters that are related and sound similar.
