Store Refund Policy

Buy with Confidence Guarantee
Our buy with confidence guarantee entitles you to a full refund for assets on the following conditions:
There is a legitimate problem with the asset, for example it doesn't function as advertised. Refunds will not be granted if you decide you no longer want or need the purchase.
You make good efforts to contact the asset author to try and resolve the issue with the asset
If the asset author does not resolve the issue for you, you report a problem with the order via the your orders page within 30 days of payment
You provide sufficient evidence on the report a problem with your order page that you tried to communicate with the author.
If you do not report a problem via your orders page within the allotted time then refunds will be granted at our discretion.
Refunds Where Vouchers Have Been Used
If you make a purchase partially or wholly using store credit vouchers as part of the payment, this credit voucher will be refunded first before any refund to your payment method is processed. Refunded vouchers will expire after 180 days from the refund date.
It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription ahead of time before recurring payments are taken. All sales for subscriptions are final and non refundable. We will make best efforts to contact you by email when a payment is upcoming, but delivery of this is not guaranteed.
You can cancel your plans at any point, and you will still have access for the paid-for period. If cancelled, your plan will end when the next payment would of been due.
Service starts as soon as your first payment is processed. Your contract renews automatically until you cancel your order. You can cancel your contract with us at any time by logging in and visiting your account information page or by contacting us.
It is strictly forbidden to buy items in the store as test purchases (for example if you are a seller buying your own asset). Refunds will not be granted for these purchases.
If you initiate a chargeback with your financial institute, whilst the chargeback is being resolved all items in the payment will be unavailable to download and any related subscriptions will be suspended. It may take several weeks for the chargeback to resolve. During this period, you are forbidden to use the asset and must remove it from all published projects immediately as during this period you are strictly prohibited from using any assets in the associated payment.
Gratuitous chargebacks may resolve in your access to the Construct.net website and associated websites being revoked permanently.
Granted Refunds/Returned Funds
Once a refund has been granted, it is your responsibility to immediately remove all copies of the asset from your computer and projects, including but not limited to:
- Local copies of the asset on your development machine
- Copies that may exist in backups
- Test or unpublished projects
- Published projects as soon as practicable, and no later than 7 days after the refund was granted
Once a refund is granted you no longer have a license to the refunded assets and usage of them is strictly prohibited.
Seller Activation Fees
Before selling assets in our asset store, you must pay a small fee to gain access to a seller account. This charge is final, and entirely un-refundable in all circumstances.
All disputes are to be settled through courts in the United Kingdom. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws in the United Kingdom. All parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforcable or invalid by the law, the remaining parts of the agreement will remain in effect.
Changes to these Terms
From time to time we may make revisions to our terms and policies. If we do they will be published to this page. Your continued usage of the Construct.net asset store implies consent to the updated policies and terms.
