  • Isn't there a way to bypass the problem? Is that feature really necessary?

    It will be the easiest way to stop the wheels from rotating when you stop on a hill, without disabling physics (which is still needed for explosion inertia etc) or using some kind of awkward workaround... like an invisible chock that wedges under the wheels to stop the tank from rolling, which would only work under certain circumstances anyway.

    Need to be able to disable rotation for physics objects at runtime, without breaking the hinges or objects...

  • Not really a resource for Construct... but cool none-the-less.

    If you want to make some homebrew games for the DS, this may be what you are looking for. I've had a quick play with it, and it seems really cool. I'm a bit of an avid DS fanboy, so I will probably mess around with this more later.

  • This is making me sad right now... the fact I haven't been able to progress on this in months due to a simple problem. I hope Rich comes back and the boys get stuck back in to Construct... I'm going to be even more sad if this gets left in it's current state in lieu of Constrcut 2.

  • Heh, I stopped playing the game not long after your sister gets jacked by that weird thing. I have so many games to play I rarely get to complete them

    I really should revisit Prototype... but the new COD MWF2 just came out! D:

  • Ah nice one... perfect for things like into videos and games set in old movies etc. Cool idea, saves a lot of work instead of having to make something like that manually.

  • Nice little game. Finished the demo in about 10 minutes. Really quite fun, gets the ol' noggin to work. Nice graphic style and pressureless gameplay from what I've seen so far. Nice find.

  • No, the multiplayer version is in a big city where you can roam freely. You gain aggro the more zeds you shoot making more come to that spot. Also, you can go inside buildings and look for loot, as well as barricade the doors up so they cant get in. You can also capture buildings and make your very own outpost.

    It's pretty cool...

  • I'm checking it out. It's based on the single player flash game Dead Frontier, which for a flash game especially is really good IMO.

    Also, what kind of video card does your laptop use? I'm guessing it's one of those Intel things. I have a bit of trouble on one of my laptops that uses an Intel Express chipset graphics card.
