Yes, any censorship is done internally by the browser, we do not apply any from Construct 2 and are not aware of any way to disable it from our engine. I don't know why they would do this - you can still type in those words...

We don't use jQuery for AJAX, so that code snippet doesn't apply. I've tried a few workarounds including preprending x-wmapp0:/ or x-wmapp0://www/ (you can try these yourself by requesting a URL instead of project file). None of them seem to work still.
Can't reproduce in Firefox, looks like a Chrome specific issue. You might want to report it to Google. Also this sounds like a previous report we had where it doesn't occur after export, it's only a preview-time limitation.
