  Don't worry about appMobi's PhoneGap SDK, it's not relevant to Construct 2. PhoneGap itself does not accelerate the games at all, so exporting to appMobi with directCanvas enabled should help the game run a lot faster.

  You have to delete objects from the Project Bar to fully remove them from the project. Otherwise they still exist.

  This is kind of to be expected - text is one thing browsers do not implement identically, because there are many different ways to draw text. See the section on 'Text rendering' in the manual.

  If a browser does not enable WebGL by default, I personally consider it to not support WebGL. In practice, 99% of general users won't play with developer settings to get a game to run a little faster.

  IE9 isn't bad for HTML5 games, at least it's hardware-accelerated. This certainly is interesting, I'm not sure what the HTML5 game experience will be though (will you need to browse to a web page first or can it be packaged in to a game PhoneGap style?) - however it's promising for the next XBox, which might have even better HTML5 support.

  Often crashes are caused by your graphics driver and not C2, so there's nothing we can do about it. Are your drivers up to date?

  kirothius - I recommend following beta releases more closely if you don't want this to happen again - we occasionally have to make breaking changes and in this case I believe your problems stemmed from r86's change to the Sprite 'overlapping' condition. It was marked as a breaking change but I guess you weren't following beta releases or perhaps you didn't read all the changelogs linked to from r90? Anyways, glad this is resolved - closing.

  Rendering differences between browsers are very rare, so I would suspect the real problem is something else.

  This is usually a graphics card driver issue. I can guarantee none of the code involved in clicking 'New project' changed between r89 and r90, so something else might have happened in between that broke it. You say you already have up to date graphics card drivers, but it might be worth double-checking that (check directly on AMD's website for updates).

  Use PNG files instead of GIF. GIF is a very old format from the 90s which doesn't properly support alpha channels or more than 256 colors. PNG is better in almost every way and is better supported.
