  RacerBG - we have had four stable updates now, see http://www.scirra.com/construct2/releases. There is no "1.0" (or, if you like, it was r80.2 because that was the first stable release). We're continually developing and improving Construct 2 so we prefer to use an increasing number like r95 than the old-fashioned "1.0", "1.1"...

  You can enable or disable the solid behavior at runtime using its 'set enabled' action.

  If you check the changelogs since r90, you'll see some performance work was done in r92. Glad to hear it's improved things!

  You can lock orientation when exporting through PhoneGap, appmobi or (when it gets publishing) CocoonJS. Hopefully some clearer project options will be added in the near future.

  Does the tablet run Android? Which version? The Android browser simply may not support it, Android doesn't have a very good stock browser. You could try using PhoneGap or CocoonJS. Android 4+ might work if you can get that.

  ludei need to look at any broken projects to fix them. We also need to know which third party plugins and behaviors any broken projects use, because while the official engine ought to work, third party plugins can use features which don't work in CocoonJS.

  Every single mobile that supports WebGL that we've tested renders slower with WebGL enabled than with Canvas 2D. This is because WebGL relies more on Javascript speed, and is only faster than canvas 2D if the Javascript engine is extremely fast. Only desktop browsers tend to have fast enough Javascript engines - mobiles still seem to have slower Javascript which makes WebGL perform worse.

  This is very odd, I've not heard anyone else reporting this before, and obviously adding actions and conditions is a very common thing to do.

  So I would think this might be a problem with your computer somehow... not sure there's anything we can do to fix it if it works on everyone else's computers.

  basti - it's usually better to invent your own UI than rely on browser prompts like alert(), so I would recommend that.

  DirectCanvas and CocoonJS are works in progress, hopefully they'll work eventually. Are you using any third party plugins or behaviors?

  Sound should work on PhoneGap, are you sure you encoded both .ogg and .m4a versions of all your sounds?

  Try using the AJAX object. Try to avoid thinking in code, it probably won't help much - Construct 2 can do most things you need to in events.
