Don't use "Wait" action for mechanics like this, especially long waits. A lot can happen in 3 seconds and you will have no control over it.

Use Timer behavior.
On Left Button click Cooldown=0 Player Spawn bullet set Cooldown=1 Player start "endCooldown" timer for 3 seconds Player On "endCooldown" Timer set Cooldown=0

And if you need to cancel cooldown, you can stop this timer at any time.

Hi!

The mistake is that you have MaxLevel in some events where you're supposed to use CurrentLevel.

Also, there is no "Maximum Level" layout.

Also, for all objects that act like buttons you should use "On touched" or "On object tap" events, not "Is touching".

You are supposed to post it here. Or search for this error in google.

The error message can explain why your preview doesn't work and you are getting the black screen.

Does the exe work if you run NWjs.AppFolder & "modeswitch.exe" ?

If it does, then you need to specify path to the exe, not to the start command:

"start " & NWjs.AppFolder & "modeswitch.exe parameter1"

Are you sure? It works for me.

Run "start modeswitch.exe parameter1"

Maybe you need to add full path to the exe file.

I think it's a wrong approach for your game. Why didn't you use the method from your other post with pinning everything on the level to a big sprite?

When you are scrolling the screen, you have to keep your player centered by directly changing its X coordinate. Platform behavior doesn't like this. You will not be able to avoid jittering and glitching.

Yes, because it's a different method :)

and the bullet didnt seem to restrict down to 4/8 directions.

It demonstrates how to make geometrically perfect reflection. If you place all your walls at 90 degrees and launch the ball at 45 degrees, it should always reflect at 45 degrees intervals.

If you want the bar to react faster, change the last parameter in lerp, for example dt*10

Or if you don't need the lerp effect at all, you can simply set bar width to OdiginalWidth*(CurrentHealth/MaxHealth). And you don't need to do it on every tick, only when the health changes.
