    Think about Warcraft and how it works.

    You buy items there, but you can't use them without a subscription.

    The case here would allow for use in the free version most probably since its the export that matters.

    World of Construct.

  • It's probably not a good idea to use a frame to trigger something since frames can be skipped.

    That is unless it's at the end of an animation.

  • It will be interesting to see how they find the experience of using Electron/NW.JS to export a big project (Construct 3)

    The obvious first choice for that is W10 universal apps.

    We are a captive audience.

    So the question is if they will try to get C3 on Steam.

    I don't really see that as a necessity given that they already have a presence there with C2, and subscriptions don't fit into the Steam system that well(aside from iaps).

    Plus there's all the issues they had with Steam as a distribution system. Slow updates, client requirement, etc.

    Or just think of what we can export to now with all the features needed for a game.

    Chrome is just the first target for the initial release.

    Would you like a list of all the other potential platforms so you can find a bug list?

    I hear tales of people hooking up little black boxes to them.

    Apple is not going anywhere. Most open source is crap and there's no way it's going to kill an entire platform. I think you say this because you don't really understand why people like Apple products. And if you understood that, you would understand why Safari doesn't get updated as much.

    Speaking of updates, my Ipad3 the won't get any.
