Construct 3 already works offline, even when you use it from the browser. There is no need to download it. You can also use the "Install as app" option in Chrome to get an icon on your desktop.

I just tried a build in r197.2 and it worked fine. Check your Internet connection is working, maybe it's not able to finish the download.

Refer to the documentation, and you will find that method returns a Promise. You should await it.

Unfortunately Apple's strict requirements around iOS publishing mean that using macOS is required. You cannot publish to the App Store from a Windows PC, Apple don't allow it.

The WebStorage plugin in C2 was deprecated 5 years ago and hasn't been supported since then.

I opened Ghost Shooter and previewed it 20 times. It worked fine every time. So "just preview repeatedly" does not seem to be sufficient to reproduce the issue.

Please note that Chrome will soon be switching over the origin trial for the Native File System API (the feature that enables local file & folder saves). This means that local file & folder saves may become temporarily unavailable for a week or two up until May 19th, when it should reactivate again with Chrome 83. Apologies for any inconvenience.

The Intel XDK was retired years ago, and has never been supported in Construct 3. Are you actually using Construct 2 instead? This is the C3 forum.
