mercy do you mean the list of all actions, conditions and expressions, or the text around the dialogs? The first is easy to change, but the second isn't.

1) You can organise event sheets how you like. You may wish to use Includes to share the game code between layouts, or have separate events for each layout.

2) kbfc00 isn't quite right there - global numbers appear to the entire project even if you don't include their sheet.

I think if you've installed the Vorbis Directshow filters, IE9 can play .ogg files. In other words it can play anything you have installed codecs for. However by default it doesn't, and installing codecs defeats the plugin-free experience of HTML5, plus nobody is ever going to install some codec they don't understand just to get audio working.

Looks fine to me. Are you sure they just haven't zoomed in the page? Try wrench -> zoom -> 100%.

I had a feeling it was a little faster, but hadn't specifically profiled it. It's common for software updates to improve performance so it's not surprising, and is why you should always stay up to date!

This is a bug which only affects WebGL mode. I'm working on a fix for the next build.

Sorry, I missed this thread. It's difficult because some other people still had issues with the old Physics engine as well, so there's no one way which works for everyone. Are you sure you cannot work around it by adjusting the object positions or increasing the stepping iterations?

That's really weird, neither Firefox nor Chrome show text in fullscreen mode. It may be a browser bug or some weird security thing by design, I'm not sure, will investigate.

AlbertAkefoul, the first error is nothing to do with localhost, you need to upload your project to a server for it to work. See in the address bar it says "file:///". Projects generally don't work on file:/// - that's what the message is warning you about.
The second error is because you need to set a description and version in project properties.

The tutorial you linked to for building with PhoneGap will not work with Construct 2. Use this tutorial instead: How to make native phone apps with Construct 2 and PhoneGap
