A Historical “REAL-LIFE” Tower Defense game from the 1940 World Ware II invasion of France! Can you change history?
This is one of five innovative Tower Defense (TD) templates from the "Building Tower Defense Games" workshop. Its student workbook guides attendees through the design process of encoding, testing, and debugging a "Minimum Viable Product" (MVP) for a typical tower defense game, complete with a FREE download of the "Ultimate TD" version 2.
The workshop's lessons feature innovative examples of "Historical" and "Fantasy" TD battles, as well as several ANTI-Tower Defense games that can be played in single-player or multiplayer modes.
This particular game simulates the 1940 World War II Axis invasion of France. Players can choose to command either Allies or Axis forces in different sections of the Maginot Line. In multiplayer mode, participants have the option to play competitively or cooperatively against an AI bot.
