Quickly and easily add a Quake-like console to your games
The In-Game Console plugin for Construct 3 lets you add a Quake-style console to your games. This means players can type commands, see game info, and interact with the game in real-time. It's a handy tool for debugging, customization, and making your game more interactive.

Easy to use and amazing, Great way to add secrets to your game and let players modify it.
I'm glad you like my plugin :)
Mixon has been helpful in making sure the addon is working in the latest versions of Construct. This addon is so crucial to developing any scaled project where a lot of testing is needed.
I previously built event based systems to handle this, but my life has been made so much easier with it for my current and future Construct projects. It'll save days of work!
A simple tool from the old times, but just as effective as it was then. It will blend in your working environment naturally and the bigger your project gets the more you'll need it.
Performs exactly as expected. I do wish there were a little more customization options for the general appearance and function of the console itself (Usage of BBCode, spritefonts, console docking/animation, etc), but it otherwise does exactly what I need it to.
Only nitpick is a minor semantic inconsistency. the 'Transparency' property is a bit of a misnomer. Rather it behaves as 'Opacity' than 'Transparency' since at a 100% value, it is NOT 100% transparent as the property would suggest. But that's neither here nor there and doesn't have a significant impact on the performance of the addon.
Thank you very much for your positive review. I plan to add BBCode support. The rest of the features are also interesting and I will think about adding them.
Great for debugging or mucking around. Does what it says on the box.
Thanks for the review! :)
