    The new website will have a support ticketing system at some point for paying customers. As we have not yet started taking sales, this wont be released until we do. We plan on significantly improving user support.

    In regards to bug fixing, we are looking at options at the moment. For now if you leave a bug report in the corresponding download thread it will be looked at.

  • I like the design of the site, but the error comes from content hosted on . If you remove all that content you wont get these errors probably.

  • You really don't need Dreamweaver! I started using a glorified text editor, and still do in all honesty. Visual Studio Web Developer Express is a free editor for HTML/CSS/Javascript, it doesn't really help you but for writing your own code it's great.

  • We did consider that idea but generally don't like it, we would prefer users to buy it, then have access to anything. Skimming and charging for tidbits/other things could be seen as deceptive (even if it isn't). It would be really hard to manage multiple licenses and chasing up small fees as well.

  • No, we really dislike the royalties idea. I wont say never because nothing is finalised yet, but it's highly highly unlikely. The current model we are thinking about states that if you earn over $x per year you need a developer license which costs around 3x more, but that's with generous allowance (you need to be turning over tens of thousands of pounds). But again, this is all subject to change.
