  • As far as I know, you can attach a file but not a folder to an email. I would zip the folder and send the .zip file

Edit: I was assuming you were talking about node-webkit. Else do as zenox98 suggested and upload it to dropbox or a similiar site, then send your friend a link to index.html

  • What kind of file are we talking about?

  • I'm using a PS3 controller and DS3 tool-driver from motioninjoy. The game controller object is working fine for me!

Maybe it has something to do with the controller you're using?

  • In what way do you mean close?

Using the "browser" object you can close the browser window, if that's what you mean.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

  • This got me interested. Then I had a look at R0J0hound's example. I mean sure, I wanna understand, I do... <img src="smileys/smiley22.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • LittleStain

    Very cool <img src="smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

So what's the logic? At a random interval u change angle and speed?

  • ThunderLion

oohhhh... Thought disabled and deactivated was the same :') Thank you for the quick reply <img src="smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Alright so I kinda just expanded on an example I made earlier.

It's just a simple bubblepopper - u click a bubble and it pops.

Everything was working right up until I added an Intro/Tutorial.

    I'll just throw in a link: db.tt/RI0KDWRk

For some reason when I reactivate the normal game state after the intro, it just doesn't work. <img src="smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

If you add "At Start of Layout - Has Intro 1"

and remember to enable "start" and "bubbles" in event sheet it works as intended.(but without intro)

Can any of you smart people see where I've gone wrong? Perhaps even suggest a solution? <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • I actually didn't mean to <img src="smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

It kinda just happened, and I thought I might as well share an example

  • rambop91

    db.tt/RI0KDWRk

    Sorry, kinda just went with it <img src="smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

If I were you, I'd think about adding a score system, and different colored bubbles with different scores.. And that pop animation<img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    Good luck

  • If you want it to randomly move back and forth, have a look at the capx I posted here:

    scirra.com/forum/loops-and-while-loops_topic73015_post442437.html

Also, for a goomba, make it turn on collision with a solid

  • To make a car in a platformer, I'd use the physics behavior. See the example provided with your construct installation. (Eg C:\Program Files\Construct 2\Examples)

  • What kind of device are u planning to run this on?

Tried the db link on my iPad, waited 2 min for generation, then gave up.

Will check the earlier capx when I get home

  • What wizaerd said, but use delta time instead to avoid differences between slow and fast devices

  • Alright, so I rented a cheap VPS to handle my webserver, databases etc etc.

But I'm having a bit of sceptism towards some of the domain registration results from Google.

Any of you have any prefererations/experiences to share?

I'm looking for a place to register a .com domain if possible in the <20$ a year range
