  Providing it has a permissive license, yes, you should be able to repackage it yourself. It should just need the addon and effect JSON files bundled with the .fx file. It's documented in the addon SDK documentation.

  Most C2 effects are compatible with C3, they just need to be re-packaged in to a .c3addon file.

  The main problem is the Raspberry Pi doesn't have a great GPU driver. It can result in crashes, glitches and poor performance. Other single-board computers like the Tinker Board have much better GPU drivers and as a result work much better.

  I think it's probably a blacklisted GPU since it is dropping down to canvas2d. When device's GPUs are buggy/unreliable/insecure Chrome will not use the GPU which means it won't use WebGL and that usually results in poor performance. Generally this only affects a few % of devices, and it should be going down.

  Does the same project show "webgl" if you run it in the Chrome browser instead? If it only shows canvas2d in the APK then that might be related to a Chrome bug report I filed a while ago.

  It's best to report issues with PhoneGap Build to PhoneGap Build. I can't fix their build service for them. The Crosswalk plugin is deprecated and no longer maintained though, so it may simply be that it's too old to work any more.

  If you roll back to r250 it doesn't set the required Android target API level so you will be unable to publish Android apps with it later this year.

  Actually it looks like I was just testing with a license past its expiry date (I have that setup for testing purposes). If your subscription is active, you should be able to use it offline. I just tested it with an active subscription and it worked. Are you sure you are up-to-date with payments on your subscription? If you're behind then you cannot use Construct 3 offline.

  I checked the original report was fixed and the issue is now closed. If there is still a problem please file a new report following all the guidelines. Please be as clear as possible - I can't tell from your post or the video what exactly you think is still wrong.

  The beta desktop build currently does not work offline, only the stable desktop build does.

  The browser should work fine offline with any release, providing you visit the URL directly and you've loaded that version before. You should also be able to use your account for up to 7 days while offline, provided you were recently logged in while online.

  Google can issue blacklist updates independently of Chrome releases. So if you actually report it to them they could action it very quickly.

  Meanwhile our own release cycle will take several weeks for any changes to reach a stable release, by which time they may be pointless anyway, and it will require all projects to be re-published with that version. So Google could actually respond to this quicker and in a way that fixes existing projects without requiring republishing. Please at least file an issue with Google.

  It would be better to pursue Samsung or Google about this since the problem is not with Construct.
