  michelangelo, the mouse layer expressions do also take in to account the layout scale (which implicitly alters all layer scales). I tried modifying your example to use the mouse layer expressions and it worked OK, have you tried it?

  Closing since it looks like a MIME type problem with the server. The correct MIME type for .ogg is audio/ogg, not text/html.

  Please see my post from your last thread. You never replied to it. Can you remember what causes this?

  t33hp: the 'Keyboard' object in your project became corrupt. I've recovered the project and it works now:

  Obviously we want to prevent this ever happening again. Can you remember what you were doing just before the problem started? Did you do anything with the Keyboard object in particular?

  If you need to tell someone something urgent:

  • their wall is probably the wrong place to post it, since it's public!
  • if you post it once, and they don't see that, they won't see any of the other ones you post afterwards either! So making more posts will just be really annoying to them.
  • if you post more than a few times a minute Facebook's spam controls will probably ban your app for being a spammer.

  So I would advise not to do this at all, but if you absolutely must, post a single message.

  Aioria7 - click the Touch object in the Project Bar. Its properties show in the Properties Bar and you can change the setting there.

  You are right, you need four events to simulate each key direction. I would highly recommend making sure you have a device to test on though, since you cannot possibly publish to the app store without checking it works first.

  Changing the time scale to 0, with audio time scaling enabled, means the sounds are still playing but are stuck playing the same section of the sound continuously. If you want pausing to silence all audio, use the 'Set silent' action.

  Your .capx example appears to be working correctly. I'm not sure what you're expecting to happen instead. Can you explain in some more detail?

  Polyphonic audio is supported using PhoneGap, directCanvas or CocoonJS. So I would use one of them, but preferably not PhoneGap, because it's usually too slow.

  I think supporting old browsers won't make anyone excited about HTML5 at all. Old browsers are extremely slow and have very poor feature support (see the list I made off the top of my head). I imagine people being more disappointed than excited. The future of HTML5 is new browsers.

  I think you're just missing the layer versions of the mouse X/Y expressions. From Mouse in the manual:

  b]X("layer")

  Y("layer")

  Return the position of the mouse cursor in game co-ordinates, with scrolling, scaling and rotation taken in to account for the given layer. The layer can be identified either by a string of its name or its zero-based index (e.g. Mouse.X(0)).

  Maybe ask appMobi for help. For me, there's a folder in Documents called "AppMobi XDK", and everything's in there. If you're missing that then I guess something must be wrong.
