  I didn't know anyone tried to invert 'pick by UID'. It doesn't make sense. For the condition to be true, it has to leave zero objects picked, and according to the rules of the event system, if zero objects are picked then the event is false. So an inverted 'pick by UID' condition can never be true. I'll add 'Object UID exists' as a system condition for the next build, and prevent inverting on 'pick by uid'.

  The best workaround is just to add a family instance variable that says what kind of object it is or what kind of bullet it fires.

  Just tried it and it works for me. Import a .wav file, save (file appears on disk in the project), delete it, press save (file removed from disk).

  Firefox for Android has pretty poor performance with WebGL (slower than Canvas 2D, where on the same device Chrome is faster with WebGL), and I think it's a known longstanding bug. If anyone gets a Firefox OS device I'd be interested to know if it's better with WebGL.

  The files should be removed from disk, but changes aren't made to the files on disk until you next press save.

  These depend on a 3D renderer, which you only get in WebGL. So it won't yet run everywhere. It's on the todo list, but it's likely to be a low priority for a while. Broader WebGL support would be a good motivator. I'm surprised to see that apparently not many games use WebGL shaders, presumably because of the patchy support, and they were very difficult to implement, so I don't want to do lots of hard work for a feature that isn't used much again.

  There may be various obstacles to overcome to publish to Nintendo platforms, but we want to help everyone by doing the work of integrating the engine, supporting Wii controllers, and so on. But so far Nintendo have not responded to any of our requests to get the web framework. Hopefully if those of you with the framework keep asking for Construct 2 support, they'll start listening, so please keep bothering them about it!

  Nope, no idea. We've always had code telling Windows 8 to re-open the charms panel when you click back, and Windows 8 ignores it for some reason. I'm not sure what we could change to try and fix this, since it's a single function call and it's not working.

  Surely it's a minor issue that won't block you releasing?

  Oops, I forgot I moved the setting of blend modes in to the runtime and thought I forgot to implement it in text.
