  The solid tilemap doesn't have to be invisible - it might be simpler to just put the tiles you want to be solid on the solid tilemap, and the rest on another tilemap.

  I'm a bit wary of further requests like "how about making tiles rotate", "how about adding behaviors to tiles", etc. I think the Sprite object already does all of this pretty well. Is it manageable to just have a hole in your tilemap, stick in a sprite of that tile, then do funky things with that?

  AFAIK Firefox OS is still using Firefox 18, which is old enough to still have a bug which can kill performance. Hopefully a future update will bring them up to Firefox 25+ which should be nice and fast.

  The stock browser on Android is pretty poor - try Chrome on the Xperia Ray if you weren't using it already and it should be a lot faster.

  And the Nexus 7 seems to be working nicely :)

I'd recommend trying r150, since we have made some important stability fixes and introduced an autosave feature to protect against losing work in the event of a crash. If saving takes a long time, use a folder based project - they save a lot quicker, and is partly what they're there for.

  Setting up a server is a complicated technical matter which is somewhat outside the scope of this forum. You'd probably have more luck asking on a site like StackOverflow.com. If you have never done this before the learning curve may be steep.

  With the fix, the cursor seems to change just fine on IE11 (Windows 8.1 here as well) even after clicking on a bunch of things, so hopefully it won't be a problem any more.

  Try the ws module for node.js. If you know javascript it's an easy way to set up a websocket server.

  In modern browsers Construct 2 games use a native-grade WebGL renderer and the browser is JIT-compiling all Javascript to machine code. So it should be pretty capable of handling anything Flash used to be able to handle, and more.

  Think this is a duplicate of http://www.scirra.com/forum/ie-11-mousetouch-Objects-bug_topic80639.html, so should be fixed in the next build. Let me know if not when it's out.
