The Official Introduce Yourself Thread

Hi, I am Koubo, a 27 years old game designer wannabe, living in France. I worked for a few months with Multimedia Fusion, making prototypes and stuffs (no big deal, just short little games made in less than a month each, you can find them here website )... Since I've got an iPad, I've been thinking of doing games with a "touch" gameplay. So here I am ! I'm juste about to submit a link to a small prototype in the Construct 2 "tests" section for feedbacks !

My name is roykalvin I am 34 years old AND I am a nurse practitioner by day at West Valley Medical Center in Southern California and a single mom/blogger and aspiring online buisness owner by night. Aside from my 3 wonderful boys I have a passion for the outdoors, fitness and writing.

I am Addison, I am 18 years old and I am studying Computing. I really enjoy making games on Construct 2 so firstly thanks for this opportunity! <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I have always worked with Game Maker (Boo hiss! <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />) but the fact Construct 2 is more easy, more capable (without purchasing) and more compatible made it a real winner!

I have not made any full games yet. Must of my 'Construct'ions have been tests or the beginnings of projects that will never get completed. <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> My attention span isn't the best at times. I am hoping to get better though and maybe release a proper game. <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I'm a Student and my major is Computer Science. I really enjoy using Construct 2 because everything is so easy. I tried "Crafty.js" but this tool is really too difficult to use. <img src="smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I'm Ameer. I am from Cape Town, South Africa! I've always been interested in making games, but have never been able to stomach the programming languages needed.

I have taught myself some of the basics required to put games together and Construct 2 solves the programming hitch and then some!

I'm currently pursuing my PhD in Biological Sciences in Singapore and do the game dev stuff in the little free time I can find.

I'm currently working on 3 projects (I'm not sure where to showcase the WIPs) and will definitely try to finish these (I also have issues with attention spans.

My name is Chris, i work as a web designer and have a hobby for FL studio, now i need som more to do and i had this idea to create a game but didn't know how to start.

So i serched the web for game engiens and it seemed alot pointed to Construct, so here i am. I have played around with the free edition for a little while now and i just bought the standart edition.

But how do i upgrade the free to standart?

Check your junk mail to see if the mail wasn't directed into it and mark it as non-spam.

Copy the license file to your disk, and in C2 go into the about dialog and click "Load license file".

Select the location of your license, validate, you should be done.

My name is Cassiano (yes, one 'n' only) and i'm a 26yr old brazilian.

I'm already graduate in computer science, work within IT and found Construct 2 a couple days ago.

Already surfed trough forums, tutos and etc, and will post (at right section) the game i'm working on.

I really like games (already worked as a community manager of tribalwars) and computers, of course :P
