• Hey everybody

We've had a lot of introduction threads taking up space in General lately, so here's a reminder that this thread is where folks should be making their introductions. At Arima's suggestion I've change the thread title in the hopes that it's more clear.

  • Welcome Dicon, hope you like Construct =D Be sure to ask if you need any help!

  • Most people know me as gmx0 around the internet. I have been using Game Maker for most of my game development needs. More recently I have been using Stencyl for Flash and is now ready to learn Construct.

All my previous games can be found at the Neo Generation Games Website.

  • Hello World this is Mehtab A.K.A 7Mehtab from youtube. I always want to create a game since the play them. I am looking forward to this great tool.

  • My name is Nikola. My relationship with the games started with arcades - no one no longer remembers when. After that came the C-64, Snes, Pc ...

I never made a video game, not counting that as a child I drew on paper the games (levels), and gave my friends to play, while explaining to them what was happening. For instance, a friend asks: Now what? And I replied: Nothing, now you're dead! In other words, I'm a game designer!

My primary occupation is philosophy. I work as teaching assistant (Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, Serbia). When I am tired, depressed, I am thinking of making some game. And as I've been a long time, I have a lot of ideas:)

I only have two dreams! To make the game and play it!

  • Hello all! I've been stalking the forums for years now and although I've been cropping up here and there I've mostly been a passive member of the community. I'm going to try and change that and help others out where possible :)

I'm 26 from Yorkshire, England and would be happy to network with others from the UK who are serious about game development.

I'm working on a story-driven action platform game and hope to be showing more of it in the coming months.

  • Hey guys. i'm Arklan, but call me Ark. found Construct from googling looking for the best indie 2d engine. i've never been much of a programmer (haven't touched the stuff much in ten years) and i wanted something relatively simple to work in. seems like this is the place.

one quick question: should i stick with Construct classic, or dive in to Construct 2?

  • Hi everyone, another new member here. I use to mess about with RPG Maker years ago and decided recently that I wanted to try my hand at game making again, this seems like the place.

  • Hey everyone. I got involved with Construct2/Construct Classic last month after I saw a blog about how it is better than Game Maker. (Which it is SO much better than Game Maker). I first started out with Construct2, but I didn't know that it was a BETA at first, until I went back an looked up on the Scirra site about it. I then decided to try out Construct Classic after that. I've made two test with C2, and a few tests with CC. I do like them both, but I use CC more than C2, since it has many more features. Anyways, I hope I enjoy my stay here on the Scirra forums. =)
