How do I setup touch controls

  • 2 Questions :

    1) I have some physcis objects which change from movable to immovable.

    Do I need to check anything before I make them immovable. Like do they have to be resting at one place before making them immovable?

    Also changing one object to immovable shouldnt change another objects movable state right!

    2) Trying to setup touch controls. If I want to pull a ball and shoot (similar to angry birds). The pull back represents how strong its going to launch the ball in a given direction. What touch events should I be using to make this work? the user will hold the ball and pull it backwards before launching it.

    I have setup the touch controls based on the golf example. Used the same gifs etc so I can learn intitally on how to use touch controls in my layout.

    For some reason the Touch.X value in my layout is incoorect.

    Its in the Touch - has touch 0 event.

    Basically its a ball thats being launched by pulling it back. So I need start touch and end touch positions, like in the golf example.
