ViLe - are you using boolean instance variable expressions? If so it could be a dupe of this bug which is fixed for next build.
I'm not sure what you mean about the layer visibility thing though, can you explain that in more detail?

I can't reproduce this. I can edit and save over images in a project with Paint.NET while it is open in Construct 2. Can you post the exact reproduction steps?
Your dropbox link is a 404, can you make sure it's in a public folder and post the link again?
Hmm, this seems to be a problem in our UI library. I'm not sure we can fix it. Everything works correctly if you type in the comma separated values like 221, 221, 221 though right? If so I think we might leave this one.
