The game was made using the program Construct 2 and Construct 3, included capx file and C3p. Use the most stable version of the program. If you want to edit the game, you will need to have a license of the program. But to edit the images, just replace them.
Nonstandard add-ons are found within the design mass in the plugins and behaviors tab.
If your intention is to export the game to Android, iOS, Windows or other, in the file there is a file Contruct ready to export! Add adsense and earn money $$

I purchased the 51 Game Pack available here in the Asset Store before the Halloween sale. I feel a bit bad, I missed out on the nice sale price, but it was all worth it for the current set price anyways. It's priced low in my opinion! $117 is a steal for everything you get in the pack. All the games I've tested so far, have been solid, and well developed :)
I had found one small bug in Candy Blast, and reached out to TUTBARAO, and they supplied the fix extremely quickly. I greatly appreciate all of your help here today, and look forward to working with more of your games :).
