It's still fairly early days for HTML5 - hopefully if you wait a few months, support will improve and everyone will have great framerates.
You should be able to download and install from the school computers - the installer should run on non-admin accounts.

It can be search crawlers too - sometimes they masquerade as users on old machines to see if the site holds up/still works/isn't showing something else to the search crawler.

Windows 8 on desktop PCs will have a tile you can touch to open the traditional old desktop - so you get both ways.
Oops, you've uncovered an engine bug - triggering from an action does not preserve the current running event. I've fixed it for the next build. If you try again when it's out, it should work.

Try: round(N * 100) / 100
for 2 decimal places, or 1000 for 3 decimal places, etc...
