Purchases and services are different plugins.
I suggest you implement a store with purchases and stop.
Services are a bit more difficult to implement and beginners can have problems.
If the game finds its players and you get at least 10k+ installations. You can always add services and leaderboards and achievements.
This is my opinion but it's up to you.
The code on your screenshot is bad, no need to use it.
