Why do i have to suffer the inconvenience of this annoying Cloudflare check, which takes ages and triggers even on going back, and frequently being logged out, only to come on the forums and still see spam?

At least there should be a restriction for new accounts to not be able to post a billion threads per second. One spam post is whatever, but this... is on a different level.

I don't get the point of these spammers, why do they do that? They don't try to redirect you to a scammy place with a link or any shady stuff, they just made a lot of post with pure b***s**t

They hope that the Google bot will see their keywords and since this site has high trust in Google, they can rise in the search results for their keywords.

I wonder if there are additional methods that could help stop bots and bad people, without annoying the rest of us too much.

Many forums moderates the first post to stop spam.

I'll add in some more restrictions

I've just rolled out a patch which should help a lot. Will keep an eye on it.
