Try exporting a different project, for example one of the built-in templates. Try a different browser. If the error is the same, it may be with Construct build service.

c3p file is actually a ZIP archive. Try renaming it to .zip and extracting the files. If the archive is corrupted, you can try fixing it, but the chances that the project will work after that are pretty low.

Third action "Move ang pixels" is wrong, it should be "Move loopindex*(Link.Width-4) pixels at ang"

Yeah, this would be pretty useful.

Allow functions to be moved to another layout

Press Ctrl-X to cut the function to clipboard, then press Ctrl-V to paste it to another event sheet. It will be pasted with its original name, and all calls of this function will be restored.

but connecting them together will be more difficult. Maybe you can find how to do it in those other examples you mentioned.

Press F12 and check error messages in console log.

Also you can try opening the project in older versions of Construct, for example, r218, r120 or even older.

It's difficult to tell without the project file. Try running the game in debug mode, check CameraZone position, check the value of CameraZone_UID variable after colliding with the zone, this should help you find the cause of the issue.
