As far as I can tell, both aspects are working the same in C3 as they did in C2.

The names are only there for the debugger. It's by design that names are stripped out of the exported version, because lots of users are concerned about reverse engineering and removing the names makes reverse engineering harder.

You should probably use Dictionaries if you need to use key names.

And then we modify the controller.html by adding controller/ before each href=" an src=" except for those who contain static http: hrefs.

Actually, there's one thing that could make this easier - if you add <base href="folder/"> in the <head> tag, all requests are automatically made relative to that. But this will still break offline.

Chrome only shows it if it decides the user is "engaged" - I think it comes down to visiting it more than once in a period of time. It's already supported, it's just not shown if you visit it once I think.

It's kept in a folder in %appdata% with the name of your project.

Press F12, reload the page and check the error console. This is almost always just that you forgot to upload some files, or the MIME types aren't set up correctly on the server (see the manual).

It's supported for anything using a web app manifest, which all exported games have used for some time now.
