The r49 setup file is now updated. Kyatric, you don't need to re-download, all that's different is that runtime.js file I sent you.
OK cool, that doesn't deserve its own release, I'll just update the r49 on the server! D'oh, thanks for reporting.
Arg, there's a silly typo bug in r49. Here's a fixed runtime.js for Sprite - close C2, paste it over <install path>\exporters\html5\plugins\sprite\runtime.js, and restart C2. Should be fixed.
So when you export all your files and run them from disk, even then it doesn't work?
Can you send me the files for that exported project which isn't working?
By the way, is there any chance you're running a firewall that's blocking port 50000?
