Exported games from Construct 2 ought to work identically on Windows RT and Windows 8 Pro devices, apart from performance differences.

Construct 2 requires a desktop, so won't run on ARM-powered devices.

No, you should not use expressions like this. Paste the data in to a .txt file, import it as a project file, and AJAX request it.

The 'Tiled Background' object already implements this optimisation. This is why in the Performance Tips manual entry we note it can be significantly faster than using sprites.

IE9 simply does not support cross-domain requests in a standards-compliant way. IE10 does, though.

It is on our todo list to improve audio features, but we have a lot on our plates and can't give an ETA. The audio object also already integrates 4 different audio APIs since there are so many different ways to play audio on different platforms; this makes it quite technically difficult and time-consuming to extend the audio object. Still, it's something we will get round to at some point.

It is definitely a graphics card issue. It is neither Construct 2's fault, nor the browser's: your graphics card vendor has bugs in their driver. You just have to update your driver, or if the latest version is still buggy, complain to them/demand a refund/buy a new graphics card, etc.

Everything works identically in the Free edition as the licensed edition, except for the differences listed on the Store page. If your project is not affected by any of the limits listed there, it will work identically when licensed.

Try enabling the 'bullet' property in the physics behavior for the fast moving objects.

Note from the Physics Basics tutorial most behaviors conflict with Physics, so if you are dragging and dropping objects through walls then there's not much that can be done about that - you'll have to move the objects towards the mouse using forces instead of the behavior.
