Nice! Saloon Madness is another C2 game as well, IIRC.

Create three particle objects with different images, then overlay them on top of each other. You should never modify the scripts directly, since your changes will be reversed on updates and it will make your projects incompatible with everyone else's copy of Construct 2.

How are you playing the videos? Construct 2 doesn't have any built-in video playing features, and if you're using a third party plugin, the plugin could be causing the problem.

I can't reproduce this, I have a dual-monitor Windows 8 setup in the office and the polygon editor seems to work fine regardless of which monitor the editor is on. Any ideas what else could be causing the problem for you?

Hi all,

The Javascript SDK template has been updated for r124. Download here:

http://www.scirra.com/downloads/javascript-sdk-template.zip

<font size="5">Changes</font>
- Plugin and behavior templates include saveToJSON() and loadFromJSON() template methods. You must implement these for your plugin or behavior to support full-state save/load or the Persist behavior. Usually this is relatively simple (see the comments - you just need to return a JSON object in the save method, then read from the same object in the load method).
- Plugin and behavior templates now include an onDestroy() method by default. You should drop references or recycle objects for GC in this method, since the runtime will keep the actual instance around for recycling.
- Some .c2addon samples are bundled, as well as the source folders to zip to create .c2addon files. This should help you easily create .c2addon packages.

Not necessarily - you can have a subevent which tests some conditions, and the subevent won't run or test its conditions until after the 'Wait' resumes.

What do you mean by "doesn't work"? Can you explain exactly what happens?

P.s. edited your title to be lowercase, since all uppercase can be considered shouting/rude online.

If you use letterbox fullscreen mode with bounded scrolling, the part overflowing the edge of the layout will never appear anyway. So you don't need to worry about hiding it. There is no performance problem, either, because content off-screen is not rendered.

Isn't that basically what the Wait action does anyway? What's different or better about the behavior?

It also sounds like you should just be using families... they're designed to avoid that kind of repetition!

Unstickying this thread; there is now an up-to-date SDK manual entry for making .c2addon packages.
