In this section you will find answers to the most common questions asked your payments and subscription to Construct 3.

Can I pay via bank transfer?
If you're an educational organisation looking to buy licenses, you can pay via bank transfer. To start the process, please visit this page on ordering by PO/invoice.
If you're not looking to buy educational license, please purchase licenses directly online.

What happens when my subscription ends?
You'll still be able to open your projects in the free edition, but you will not be able to edit or export them. You will still have access to all your files and assets.

When my license expires, can I continue selling my games?
Yes. If you published your game with a properly licensed version then you decide to cancel your license, you can continue to make money from your games.
If however you need to edit or republish your games, or launch your games on new platforms you will need a valid license from us again.

I've stopped using Construct 3, can I get a refund on my remaining time?
As per the terms you agreed to at the point of sale, we will not offer partial refunds such as this.

What happens when I remove a seat from my plan?
If your plan allows you to add seats, and then you remove one the following happens:

You will receive a credit for unused time on your seat to your current subscription

This credit will automatically be deducted from your next payment (you pay less)
Please note, if you cancel your subscription completely and have credit remaining on your plan this will be forfeited.

How do I cancel my plan?
To cancel your plan, follow these steps:

Visit your licenses page

Click "View/Edit Subscription" on the plan you wish to cancel

Scroll to the bottom of the page and follow the link to cancel
