One day in a desert, people were experimenting with bugs when one day something went terribly wrong. Everyone who was in the building of the experiments, including the children, was turned into giant sand spiders. The government found out about this and how dangerous they were, and sent the sand spiders to Mars and Venus. Over time, the giant sand spiders adapted to Venus and Mars, depending on which planet they were on, which just ended up backfiring on the government because now it makes research there on Mars and Venus harder to do since they adapted. Emily was just a regular high school student at an all-girls school until the teachers and the students in the first hour science class went on a field trip into space
Emily was hesitant to go at first, but agreed because of extra credit, and when they got on the spaceship, they realized the spaceship wouldn't land, so they were stuck out there in space! The spaceship eventually crashed on Mars. Now Emily has to travel to find parts around Mars to get to Venus. They only have so much time before the giant sand spiders get to them. Remember, Emily's classmates and teacher are also there, so their survival all depends on whether Emily finds the parts to make it to Venus, and then on Venus finding stuff like tools to get them all home safe. It won't be easy to get them all home since the giant sand spiders have adapted to learn how to bury themselves in the ground, which is how they survive the weather and temperature of Mars and Venus. So that leaves the question: will Emily survive or escape in time? Well, that's up to you, since in this game you will be playing as the main character, Emily.
