Made this for fun and as a way to test how to do a sorta 3D Parallax BG's.

and yes I am aware the water does not look like how it does in the original Green Hill Zone but honestly trying to use the 3D camera at the moment when writing this is annoying. Maybe once I do figure out more on how the 3D Camera works i'll be able to actually make the water parallax look more accurate lol.
