  • My game uses a sprite for a mouse cursor. What I do is I don't check for Mouse.X or Mouse.Y, but rather the mouse cursor sprite's X and Y. That way you don't get the appearance of that delay in positioning. It's still there obviously, but it doesn't matter. Works great for my game (which is a point and click adventure by the way).

  • Thanks Ashley, i was only asking because it runs perfectly in firefox and IE.I'm not using this to replace mouse cursor, is more like to drag but i need a lot of accuracy to point to the wanted spot.I'll do this in a different way.Tks.

  • Thanks,i'm using R74(wainting for a a more stable version) but if this happens with the capx file aswell, it has to be a chrome problem.Any suggestions?

  • Hi here's a capx with a simple event:

    everytick-apple-set position to (Mouse.X, Mouse.Y)

    In Firefox and IE it runs smoothly but in Chrome there is a little lag in the update of the position of the apple.I'm making a game and the controls are based on this.Can someone please check if this happens in your setup.Thanks.

    The issue seems, as far as I have read, to be with the technology used when minifying the project, so not with Scirra or with the Box2D.

    I had the similar issue with a game I made. The only "fix" at the moment is to export the game without the minify option.

  • Hi,this is a known problem, but i don't know if it is a construct2 problem, or a Box2d problem.I'm working in 2 games involving physics and this is really frustrating.For those who doesn't know this issue physics bug

    This only happens when you minify the script.

    I have a business licence and this is a huge issue to me.i would like to know if this will have a solution.

  • Is WebGL enabled and 'Sampling' set to Linear? Which browsers look OK and which don't?

    My game "Saved by the balls" looks worse in webgl version than 2dcanvas in those diagonal orange platforms.See an example in firefox.Webgl sampling in both modes looks the same.I don't have webgl version of the game for this reason.Tks

  • I would love(and i would pay extra money) to have this action "set origin point position", or even better to press a key while you move freely one object but origin point stay locked to original position.

  • Ah i see, Im a little embarrased for not reading the instructions but thats still valuable insight - i wonder how many read the instructions before playing. Anyway, fun game.

  • Yeah I understand that, just wanted to let you know that once your stuck as I was, you have no choice but to turn the game off. (obviously you can start the game up again - but it would be better to be able to restart the stage "in game".

    If you are selling or have any music on the internet i would love the check it out.

    spacebar to restart level, escape to go to menu, p to pause

    if this don't work is probably a bug.tks
