Can't reproduce. Sounds like a networking issue, check your setup isn't intefering with any connections.

Does disabling the overlay fix this? If so it means it's a Steam bug, not a Construct 2 bug, so you'd have to report it to Valve.

I think it was a config issue with the Scirra Arcade server. It should be sorted now (I don't think the game even needs changing!)
We've decided to remove the front-to-back renderer, so closing as won't fix.
IE11 has a bunch of its own WebGL quirks... worked around it, should be fixed in the next build.
