  The original report doesn't contain many details: what export options are you using exactly? Are you enabling WKWebView support or the new Intel XDK project format? (Both were introduced with r224.) Does it affect both iOS and Android or just one?

  mostly i agree, but compilers / interpreters have to handle javascript errors when they are caught and losing time to handling them just to avoid errors takes some small amount of time. when it gets loaded with such small time errors - all together it causes a bit more of time wasted.

  I'd have thought this would make almost no difference at all. They are not errors, it's just coding tips provided by a style tool, and whether they are corrected or not it's still standards-compliant Javascript code. Can you actually measure an improvement after the changes?

  Please file bugs to the bugs forum following all the guidelines if you run in to any problems. Rolling back to old versions is not a sustainable solution and opens you up to multiple bugs that we already fixed - for example r221 is affected by several pretty serious iOS bugs which we since fixed.

  Yes, the new minimum framerate is 30 FPS. I should update the manual. That means dt will never be bigger than 1/30 unless you change the minimum framerate. Also because the display is v-synced, you will likely only see dt values which are multiples of 1/60.

  It does support the old Intel XDK, just don't tick the "Use new Intel XDK project format" checkbox on export and it exports exactly what it did in older versions.

  I don't think any of those messages matter at all. They are just coding style messages. We use our own tools for that.

  We are focusing on C3 development rather than new features for C2 at this time. So if you want it soon your best approach is to look in to a third party plugin.

  Hopefully we can add some of the Xbox Live stuff to the Windows Store plugin through the next beta cycle. (It also works on Windows 10!)

  The question actually makes no sense: "wait" already works in units of time, not frames, so dt is irrelevant to it. It is outright wrong to use "dt" in any expressions that work with units of time, e.g. "Every X * dt seconds" is simply incorrect and actually breaks framerate independence.

  We deal with thousands of bug reports and about half of them are useless because the reporter did not follow the bug report guidelines. So we are very strict about this.

  Your .capx includes no video files and sets an empty video src. I don't know why you expect that to work? It also contradicts your original report, which mentions setting a video src of "videoname.webm", but your .capx does not do that, so I am not sure what you are really trying to report. It doesn't look like there's anything particularly wrong here, so closing as won't fix.

  I commented on the bug report, but it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't fix it. It's a fairly minor issue with an easy workaround.

  It's basically out in the open for everyone to see. If you know where to look it's about 2 key presses (dev tools, network tab).
