You really should take this up with them, it's their service. I don't think anybody here can help.
Well, in this case a project is not applicable. FYI I just tried it and the desktop build did load just fine after going offline. Make sure you wait for the "ready to use offline" notification before trying.
Please see the bug report guidelines, they explain what to do.
Please file a bug report following all the guidelines.
FYI in Construct 3 you can create an object by a string of its name, which may be what you need.
Thanks - Bosnian will be in the next release as an in-progress language, so you can review it in the editor.
FYI it's supported in Construct 3 with the Game Recorder object.

Use the new built-in functions. They remember function parameters even after a 'Wait'.
It should work offline. If it doesn't please file a bug.
This sounds like an issue that was already fixed in the r157 update. So make sure you're on the latest release. Otherwise without a full bug report there's not much we can do - we need all that information to be able to help.
It depends on the platform, so you should probably ask them instead.
See the section on video formats in the manual.
This is not a bug, it's an issue with the CORS configuration on the server you are loading from. Cross-domain requests have to be specially set up as explained in the manual.
Please note as I mentioned this thread is about r267, but the latest release is r269 and includes changes aimed at fixing this problem. If you don't mention which specific release you are using, it's not clear which it is, which basically makes it impossible to use your feedback. Every single report needs to include full details so we can begin to correlate where and when the issue occurs. Since I already mentioned this to no avail, and a separate thread has already been posted for r269 with more information, I'm now closing this thread - please post there instead and please do your best to provide the requested information otherwise we won't get anywhere.
