  Newly created instances are not fully created until the end of the next top-level event. In this case it's not really created until the event calling "CreateUnit_func" finishes. It's a limitation in the engine - you need to make sure all initialisation is done in the event that creates the object.

  Unless you're reading/writing 100,000 elements per second, the performance difference between Array and Dictionary is probably not important.

  I'm not sure why you're having trouble with that, because you can use the expressions panel to see a list of all variables you can use, and you can also set a comment on individual variables which is also displayed beside the variable. Doesn't that do what you want? Combined with ordinary comments (press Q), surely you can have comprehensive documentation all through your project? Failing that, some notes in NotePad couldn't hurt.

  Alternatively you might want to use the Dictionary object instead of Array. If you're looking up the rank name associated with a number or code, that's much better suited to Dictionary lookups than Array.

  The problem isn't to do with power-of-two sized textures, it's just the margins you've set mean the edge has a zero size. (The image is 32px high, and the top and bottom margins are 16px, meaning the left/right edges have a zero size.) If you reduce the margins it works fine. Still, it shouldn't have an error like this, so I'll get this fixed for the next build.

  As described in this tutorial, you also need to change the offline.appcache file before browsers will think there's an update to your game.

  There haven't been any updates in a year, and I think given that C2 exceeded Classic on most counts long ago, it seems very unlikely it will see any further updates.

  It really is impossible for us to investigate issues without a .capx and full steps to reproduce. This issue is very likely to be related to the particular project you used so it is absolutely necessary to always provide it.

  Index - that appears to be a different issue, but it looks like something to do with third party plugins. Post a new thread with a complete bug report if you can reproduce it without using any third party plugins.

  tl;dr - if you don't use the bug report template there is a 90% chance your issue will be closed without even being looked at.

  Closing, this is almost always caused by broken third party plugins. If you can reproduce with no third party plugins installed then let me know.

  Right now your best bet is WebSockets, but be warned it's extremely difficult to make multiplayer games.
