Does the Construct 3 Plan go on sale?

I want to ask before I purchase the plan whether:

The Construct 3 Plan ever goes on sale

Does it?

Over the years Construct 3 plans prices have been adjusted, but the price you pay is locked to the one you original subscribed unless you stop paying and your subscription expires
