  • Hello, I'm a new guy here. Spent the last week absorbing anything and everything I can on Construct2 tutorials both on Scirra and youtube. Coming from a graphics background, this program takes the burden away from complex programming, which is awesome.

I made two games for the internet back in '04-'05 called Saved By Your Balls and the Bill Cosby Fun Game. Both tested my Flash programming skills, which were (and still are) limited. I'm sorta from the old-school Flash crowd that has been dying, entering a new world of HTML5, late!

Time for me to catch up...

  • Hi, i'm trying to design games. Really interested in rhythm games and visual effects.

  • Hello, name's Vadim and I came here with hopes to post my topic about GameJolt API plugin I've made recently. Hopefully I'll be able to do that soon enough without sacrificing or obfuscating my download links.

I've also been experimenting with Construct Classic back in the day and an older version of Construct 2 (r103, to be precise). Perhaps I'll contribute something.

  • Hello everyone. I'm new here and I'm trying to make a small game. Construct is a great tool. Thanks to the developpers team.

  • Hello everyone. I'd like to realize a good project with Construct and I hope to show my game as soon as possible. I think that this is a very good game maker.

  • hi everyone! :D

  • Hello, fellow fellows. I'm learning to use C2 before buying the full version. I have an okay knowledge of it so far, which is enough for me to make an intentionally terrible game. I'm hoping to team up with a friend to do an actual game.

  • Hey all, I'm a hobbyist game developer with experience in The Games Factory before moving onto Python, C++, C# w/ SDL (pygame) and XNA. I stumbled across C2 the other day and thought it showed some good potential to make quick accessible games. I'm quite fond of web apps because of the cross platform compatibility that it affords, and the fact that the Internet isn't going anywhere soon.

My personal site is here (forums here) and I'm eager to play around with C2 some more in my free time (between working!)

Happy to join the community, too.

    Cheers,

    Jordan

  • hey, just started using the free version for a college class. After struggling with some the beginning hurdles, I really like what construct 2 has to offer. I've been spriting and tiling for a couple of years(on and off) and I'm impressed with the ease of use concerning animations and tile mapping. Whenever I get my rep points up, I'll post some screens of the project to get some constructive criticism.

  • Hiya. I an indonesian. <img src="smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Hi, I'm Alex. I'm in my early 20's, finishing a Computer Science and Engineering degree.

I heard about Construct when I was in a huge chat room with Kayin (maker of "I Wanna Be The Guy") and Solgryn (maker of "I Wanna Be The Boshy"). I forgot who mentioned it, but I figured I'd check it out.

I first explored into game making back in the Starcraft days. I messed with The Games Factory a little. After a hiatus, there was Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne and MultiMedia Fusion 2. Another long hiatus ensued, and here I am checking out Construct 2.

I'm contemplating getting a Masters in interactive media, and after gathering work experience, either joining or starting an indie game development company.
