Know any good free (no watermark) screen recorder?

Does anyone know any good free (no watermark) screen recorder with non laggy performance. Please no Camstudio, it is currently infected like others in sourceforge.

I know looking for something free isn't easy but please do understand since I'm maxed out. Thanks

People use it mostly for streaming, but you can change it in the options so it only records. It works great!

Another user from these forums (td2tl) recommends a program called Open Broadcast Software on his blog. I haven't used it myself but it might be worth a look.

If you're using windows 10 there's a built in feature.. Maybe that could work? I havn't tried it my self yet.

I've used Autodesk screencast on some occations. It's also good, and free.

Are you using Mac or Windows? If you're using Mac, the QuickTime is your best recorder. If you only have Windows, try TuneFab Screen Recorder. It never adds watermark for you, and you can use it to record any videos/audios and output high-quality files.

I always create screencast with a web-based software calls Acethinker Screen Recorder, free and works fairly well. It is an online tool that lets you record your screen right from the browser. Hope it helps you.

Did you solve the problem? I used OBS before but as you said it is non-user friendly. So I am using Joyoshare screen recorder now. It is compatible with Mac and Windows.
