A little quick question I'd like to ask. Does disabling huge groups containing blocks of code make the game run faster? I want to ensure that this game runs as optimal as possible.

Yeah, it's probably good practice, it depends how often the code needs to trigger as a group that runs every other tick will probably just slow down with enabling and disabling the group all the time.
