I put sound effects in my game and all the (short) sound effects are noticeably cut off at the start. However, if the same sound effect is played in quick succession, it will only be cut off the first time it plays, and the rest of the instances will be played in their entirety.
I tried pre-loading the sfx and that didn't work.
Maybe it's a problem with my computer and not with Construct itself? I say this because, when playing the raw sound effect file in my PC's file folder, the first time Media Player plays it, it's also cut off, but the next time I play it, the sound is played in its entirety.
