Why is Construct 3 broken?

Whenever i attempt to preview an in progress game it shows a black screen, then the Construct watermark screen flashes for like .1 seconds then disappears and the preview screen is left black.

Important info:

-started after most recent update

-also started after i payed for one month of full version(sucks that i paid money and now i cant preview my games)

-i use the browser version

-i use chrome

Why is it doing this?

I have these black previews too sometimes, but they usually get sorted out by simply letting the preview run for a minute or so even if it appears to do nothing. Any further preview then starts up quick.

And i forgot to mention, if i leave construct 3 and the preview just, there both eventually crash :|

You are supposed to post it here. Or search for this error in google.

The error message can explain why your preview doesn't work and you are getting the black screen.

im doing f12 now and its telling me that nothings wrong when all problems above(crashing, not showing preview) are still occurring
