How do I get the prompt to spawn above the sprite?

hello!

ive had a weird issue where i cant get this sprite to spawn about the npcs head correctly?

I've put images to show that I've put the image point above the head but it spawns below the floor.

anyone understand why that's happening?

the npc doesnt have any animation its just a test sprite for me to test the prompt on,

i tried instead using the coords of the exact spot i wanted it in and it still put it in a weird place?

im sure ive made a stupid error somewhere but im confused as to how haha

Make sure the the origin point on the prompt object is set to the bottom of its bounding box. If that doesn't work see if the prompt object is on a layer with parallax.

i tried these (put the orgin point at the bottom and made sure it spawned on a layer with no parallaxing) and the problem has continued,

not sure still whats making it do this since i have other sprites that spawn with no issue?

Do you have a project file you can share with the issue?
