Mobile Ads plugin error after export to android. Anyone help me (SOLVED)

Hi Guys i got some issue for my testing project. so the issue is after i export my test project with MOBILE ADS plugin, my apk always crash so i cant to see what my work is good or not. there's anyone got the same issue like me or i got wrong step for exporting my test project to android
