Hello, Contruct 3 file system

Working on an idea Im tossing around but I need construct 3 to be able to launch an .exe. This is not for a published game and only going to be used on my computer. What exactly does this mean? Ive exported the game. Used a simple Button > on clicked, File system, run file. And it doesnt launch, so I am assuming this is set to false, But I cannot find this option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed a slight mistake in that manual entry - the actual condition name is Desktop features supported - I updated it to fix that. It means the action will only work when that condition is true, which is documented here. There's more context in the section further up about the permissions model, but in short, the 'Run file' action can only be used in Windows WebView2, macOS WKWebView, and Linux CEF exports.
